On April 3rd, our Executive Director had the opportunity to present the Honor Bell to 25 members of the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veterans Experience Team. A certificate of appreciation for our work was presented by James Wartski, Executive Director of Veteran’s, Families, and Community Engagement and Dr. Lynda Davis, Chief Veterans Experience Officer.
In addition to our presentation, the team was also able to witness Bell Honors being rendered for an Army veteran. We were proud to allow several of our guests to be an honorary part of the Bell Guard for that Service; Mr. Wartski, US Army; Dr. Betty Mosely Brown, US Marine Corps; and Mr. Eric Faulkner, US Navy.
