Tracy Turner has been named as the Director of Bell Honors for the Honor Bell Foundation. Turner’s role includes coordinating Bell Guard details for Bell Honors missions, recruiting veterans and active-duty service members for the Bell Guard, and ensuring that all Bell Honors are conducted with dignity, honor, and respect.
Recently retired from the US Navy after 24 years of service, Tracy Turner was hand-selected by the late former Executive Director Louis Olivera for this position. Turner has stepped quickly into his role, overseeing Guard volunteers in over 50 Bell Honors missions so far. We are fortunate to have Turner on board and grateful for his service.
