OUR TRADEMARK REGISTRATION LETTER.
Earlier this year Matthew Colagrosso and Isabel Zuniga, attorneys for Medtronic plc filed an application for trademark protection for the Foundation’s logo with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), as part of their generous pro bono work for the Colorado Legal Services/Colorado Nonprofit Pro Bono Legal Group. They met with us to learn more about the Foundation’s mission, how we intended to use the mark, and how the mark came into being. The application has been approved, and the logo, designed by Notchcode Creative, is now registered with the USPTO. Needless to say, we are excited to have our logo formalized as a trademark, and are honored to have Matthew and Isabel work so diligently on our behalf! Thanks Matthew and Isabel!
